Happy Independence Week!
In this week's Mmm, we focus on a practice I learned from my spiritual mentor, Jane Elizabeth Hart: "Take No Thought". It is a practice of letting all thoughts go by, and not letting any of them take hold in mind or internal conversation. This is our main focus on our Mmms every week! So we use this statement to focus on today: Take no thought. In our meditation time, today and every day, we practice being beyond those life opposites, and returning our presence to our heart center. We can watch the ups and downs from the clarity and peace in our hearts, one step removed, in peace. Take time each day to love yourself by keeping your meditation time each day! Your practice will support you and put you in the flow and peace of life! Best wishes for your week! Feel the Love, and I'll see you next Monday!
