Happy New Week!
In this week's Mmm, we practice our Observer Self--the Witness to all the internal activity of mind, emotion, and body. And, we practice letting them all go by, returning to the breath, being the stillness within. Isn't that internal quiet relaxing?! Spend time in that calm quiet every day! Take time to love yourself by keeping your meditation time each day! Your practice will support you and put you in the flow and peace of life! Thank you for sharing in this time with me!
