Happy New Week!
In this week's Mmm, I talk a little about human brain evolution--fun stuff! Bottom line? Meditation helps us use more of our brain/mind/conscious awareness--creating new connections in the brain and nervous system, helping us think and live from an expanded perspective. Today, we practiced simply bringing our attention back to our center, unplugging from the random arising thoughts, emotions, and sensory input. This is how we build our presence and awareness.
